TDG: Board resolutions on bank borrowing

According to the Board resolution dated April 22, 2019, the Board of Directors of Thaiduong Petrol Joint Stock Company approved to the plan for raising its working capital by bank loans from May 2019 to May 2020 as follows:

1. To borrow from VND72,000,000,000 to VND140,000,000,000 from Agribank – Bac Giang Branch;
2. To borrow from VND18,000,000,000 to VND30,000,000,000 from Vietcombank – Bac Giang Branch;
3. To borrow from VND3,000,000,000 to VND10,000,000,000 from  HDBank;
4. To borrow from VND3,000,000,000 to VND30,000,000,000 from MBBank.
