PNC: BOD approves the content of AGM 2019

The Board resolution dated April 12, 2019, the Board of Directors of Phuong Nam Cultural Joint Stock Corporation (PNC) approved the content of Annual General Meeting 2019 as follows:

1. Audited financial statements in 2018.
2. Report on the Board of Directors in 2018;
3. Report on the Supervisory Board in 2018;
4. Approving the profit distribution in 2018 and plan for 2019;
5. Report on the remuneration of BOD and Supervisory Board in 2019.
6. Approving the selection of auditing firm to audit financial statements in 2019
7. Approving the transaction between PNC and subsidiaries
8. Approving the restructuring of investment of PNC in related companies
9. Approving to amend and supplement its charter
10. Approving the Corporate Governance Regulation
11. Approving other issues.
