OPC: Decision on tax penalties
OPC Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company received the decision of tax inspection by the General Department of Taxation dated April 24, 2019 regarding the tax penalty in 2017 and 2018 as follows:
- Penalty for false declaration: VND9,076,058
- Corporate income tax arrears: VND45,380,288
- Late payment: VND2,244,808.
