The company announced the change in personnel as follows:

• Mr. Ngo Van Dung, Mr. Cao Viet Thanh, Mr. Nguyen Van Han have resigned from Director with effect since 12/04/2019
• Mr. Nguyen Van Thanh and Mr. Nguyen Phuoc Tri have been appointed Member of Supervisory Board with effect since 12/04/2019
• Ms. Ho Thi Minh has been appointed Chief of Supervisory Board with effect since 16/04/2019
• Mr. Dao Duy Tung, Mr. Tran Quang Hai, Mr. Tra Manh Tuyen, Mr. Dao Xuan Vinh and Mr. Pham The Dang have been appointed Director with effect since 12/04/2019
• Mr. Le Ba To has been appointed Chair of the Board with effect since 12/04/2019
