1. Ex-right date: April 05, 2019       
2. Record date: April 08, 2019        
3. Purpose: to pay the first cash dividend for 2018.
4. Detailed information:

-       Exercise ratio: 6%/par value (600 dongs/share)

-       Payment date: April 26, 2019

-       Place of payment:

• Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
• Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at the trading offices of Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank as from April 26, 2019.
