LWS: Notice on the extension of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2019

On 09 Apr 2019, Lao Cai Water Supply Joint Stock Company announced the extension of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2019 as follows:
Pursuant to Clause 2, Article 136 in Corporate Law 2014: General Meeting of Shareholders has to be held annually within 04 months from end date of a fiscal year. According to proposal of Board of Directors, Business Registration Authority allows the Company to extend deadline of the meeting, but not over 06 month from the ending date of previous fiscal year.
Business Registration Department – Lao Cai Province Department of Planning and Investment approve the extension of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2018 until before 30 Jun 2019.
