LAF: BOD Resolution dated April 13, 2019 Long An Food Processing Export Joint Stock Company announces the Board resolution dated April 13, 2019 as follows:
1. Approving the business result in 2018:
- Net revenue: 573 billion dongs
- Profit before tax: (63.28) billion dongs.
2. Approving the business plan in 2019:
- Net revenue: 539 billion dongs
- Profit before tax: 12.56 billion dongs.
3. Approving the plan for purchasing the machinery in 2019 with total amount of VND8.84 billion.
4. Approving the transfer of part of the development and investment fund to offset accumulated losses with the amount of VND41,786,581,243. After the conversion, the remaining investment and development fund with the amount of VND7,820,744,085.
5. Approving the content of Annual General Meeting 2019:
- Report on the BOD activities;
- Report on the Supervisory Board in 2018;
- Audited financial statements in 2018;
- Plan for profit distribution in 2018 and 2019;
- Selection of the auditing firm to audit financial statements in 2019;
