HUD3 Investment and construction joint stock company announced personnel change as follows:

- Approving the resignation of Mr. Vuong Dang Phuong as CEO as April 16, 2019.

- Mr. Vuong Dang Phuong was elected as Chairman of the BODs in the term 2015-2020 as April 16, 2019.

- Mr. Dinh Hoang Tung was appointed as CEO as April 16, 2019.
