HLG: Hoang Long Group merges a subsidiary

On April 02, 2019, the Board of Directors of Hoang Long Group approved the merger of Hoang Long Technology and Trading Co., Ltd. into Hoang Long Group. The merger is expected to be completed before Quarter II/2019.
