HII: Board resolution on holding annual general meeting

The Board of Directors of An Tien Industries Joint Stock Company approved the plan for holding the 2019 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders as follows:

-       Meeting date: 8:30, April 19, 2019

-     Meeting venue: Head office of An Tien Industries Joint Stock Company, Southern Industrial Zone, Van Tien commune, Yen Bai city, Yen Bai province.

-      If the first meeting is unsuccessful, the second meeting will be organized at 8:30 on April 25, 2019, and the third one at 8:30 on May 03, 2019 if the second is unsuccessful.
