Dividend pay-out ratio:           15%/ par value (VND1,500/ share)

Payment date:                          May 30, 2019

-Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Hang Xanh Motors Service Joint Stock Company as from May 30, 2019.
