Cho Lon Water Supply Joint Stock Company announced the resolution of the Board of Directors dated April 03, 2019 with following key contents:

Article 1: Approving to adjust the 2019 profit distribution and dividend:

-       Dividend 8%/par value

-       Bonus fund for the management board: VND336,500,000

-       Welfare fund: VND2,400,000,000

-       Undistributed profit: VND942,434,826.

Article 2: Approving to adjust the remuneration for the Senior management.
