CII: CII transfers its stake at Hoa Phu Company

On April 11, 2019, the Board of Directors of Hochiminh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company (CII) approved the policy on transferring all of stake at Hoa Phu Joint Stock Company. Therefore, after the deal, Hoa Phu Joint Stock Company will no longer be an associated company of CII.
