CIG: The first annual general meeting of 2019 is unsuccessful

On April 18, 2019, the 2019 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Coma18 Joint Stock Company was organized. However, there were 101 shareholders representing 5,897,989 shares, accounting for 18.7% of charter capital, less than 51% of the total outstanding shares. Therefore, the 2019 Annual General Meeting of Coma18 Joint Stock Company was not eligible to proceed.
