BID: Board approves transactions with related parties

On March 28, 2019, the Board of Directors of Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) issued Resolution No.233/NQ-BIDV. Accordingly, the Board approved contents of transactions and maximum trading volume with Vietnam – Russia Joint Venture Bank (VRB), Laos Viet Joint Venture Bank (LVB) and Bank for Investment and Development of Cambodia (including BIDC.HO, BIDC.HCM and BIDC.HN).
