      On April 09, 2019, Taseco Air Services Joint Stock Company announces Resolution of Annual General Meeting 2019 as follows:

1. Approving the report on the Board of Directors activities in 2018 and plan for 2019.
2. Approving the report from the Supervisory Board in 2018.
3. Approving the audited financial statements in 2018.
4. Approving the profit distribution in 2018:
5. Approving the remuneration of BODs and Supervisory Board in 2018.
6. Approving the remuneration of BODs and Supervisory Board in 2019.
7. Approving the selection of one of the audit firms to audit financial statements in 2019
8. Approving a plan for issuing shares to the dividend payment.
