-       Exercise ratio: 4:1 (Those who own 04 shares will receive 01 new shares.)

-       Financial resource: Undistributed profit after tax

-      Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares (if any) will be bought with VND50,000/share.
