VTC: Board Resolution

On 04 March 2019, VTC Telecommunications Joint Stock Company announced Board resolution as follows:
Article 1: Approve dividend payment of 2017 in cash with a rate of 8 % as follows:

• Payment rate: 8%/share ( Shareholders are entitled to receive VND 800 for every share they own)
• Payment time: in April 2019
• Payment location:

• Deposited securities: shareholders receive dividend payment at depository members where they opened their account.
• Non-deposited securities: shareholders receive dividend payment at VTC Telecommunications Joint Stock Company - 3rd floor, No.750 Dien Bien Phu, District 10, Ho Chi Minh City (during working days). Shareholders have to present ID cards, shareholder books when receiving dividend payment, if shareholders authorize other persons, they must have authorization letter.
