VNG: Board Resolution _ March 26, 2019

Thanh Thanh Cong Tourist Joint Stock Company announces Board Resolution No.05/2019 dated March 26, 2019 as follows:

1. The Board of Directors approved to change the representative of Thanh Thanh Cong Tourist Joint Stock Company at TTC Tourist Co., Ltd. from Ms. Phan Thi Hong Van to Ms. Nguyen Thi Bao Quyen.
2. The Board of Directors approved to change the legal representative of TTC Tourist Co., Ltd. from Ms. Phan Thi Hong Van, the Company’s President, to Ms. Nguyen Thi Bao Quyen, the Company’s President.
3. The Board of Directors approved to contribute more capital to increase the charter capital of TTC Tourist Co., Ltd. (transformed from Thang Loi Tourist Joint Stock Company) by VND20 billion to VND303,689,770,000.

-          Time for capital increase: after TTC Tourist Co., Ltd. completes procedure to transform the enterprise model at the Planning Investment Department of Khanh Hoa Province.

1. The Board of Directors approved the policy on lending TTC Tourist Co., Ltd. VND19,859,250,000, with an interest rate of 10% and term of 05 years. The purpose is to invest in Doc Let Project.
