-       Number of shares to be bought back: 50,000 shares

-       Purpose: to repurchase shares from ex-employees according to ESOP 2018

-       Financial resource: the undistributed profit after tax at 06/30/2018

-       Trading period: in March or April 2019

-       Buying price: VND20,000/share
