TEG: BOD resolution on the purchase of shares

On March 06, 2019, the Board of Directors of Truong Thanh Real Estate and Construction Joint Stock Company approved the additional purchase of shares of Viet My Concrete Joint Stock Company with the following details:

-   Number of shares expected to buy: 630,000 shares

-   Total value (based on par value): VND6,300,000,000

-   Expected purchase price: VND19,000/share

-   Total shares after the additional purchase: 1,530,000 shares, equivalent to VND15,300,000,000, accounting for 51% charter capital of Viet My Concrete Joint Stock Company.

-   Expected time for the purchase: Q1.2019.

-   To appoint Mr. Hoang Manh Huy as the representative of stake of Truong Thanh Real Estate and Construction Joint Stock Company in Viet My Concrete Joint Stock Company.
