SZC: Board Resolution on March 25, 2019

According to Decision No.120 dated March 25, 2019, the Board of Directors of Sonadezi Chau Duc Shareholding Company approved the signing of operating lease agreement of wastewater treatment factory for Chau Duc Quy 2, 3 and 4 Industrial Zones with Sonadezi Service Joint Stock Company in 2019. The estimated value of agreement is VND1,229,701,500.
