SSC: Resolution on share buyback

On March 26, 2019, the Board of Directors of Southern Seed Corporation approved the policy on share buyback as follows:

-          Number of shares to be bought back: 500,000 shares (3.70% of outstanding shares)

-          Financial resource: the Company’s undistributed profit, capital surplus and investment development fund.

-          Trading time: after the State Securities Commission approves the documents of share buyback and by the end of June 30, 2019.

-          Trading method: order-matching and put-through
