On March 15, 2019, HOSE announces the record date for the 2019 annual shareholders’ meeting (AGM) and the dividend payment of Saigon Machinery Spare Parts Joint Stock Company:

2. Record date:                     April 02, 2019

 The payment for the 2018 cash dividend

Dividend pay-out ratio:           2%/ par value (VND200/ share)

Payment date:                          April 12, 2019

Place & procedure of payment:

-Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Saigon Machinery Spare Parts Joint Stock Company as from April 12, 2019.
