SDE: Explanation for the stock delisting situation

On 13/02/2019, Hanoi Stock Exchange received the audited financial statements 2018 of SDE. After the consideration, Hanoi Stock Exchange realized that the operation result of SDE was negative in three years (2015, 2016, 2017). Thus, the stock of SDE belongs to the delisting case regulated at point d clause 1 Article 60 Decree No. 58/2016/ND-CP dated 20/07/2012 of the Government regulated the details of implementing some articles of Stock Act and modified law, supplementing some articles of Stock Act.
Hanoi Stock Exchange requires SDE to explain the reason. The explanation document and the information disclosure sent to Listing Department – Hanoi Stock Exchange, No. 02 Phan Chu Trinh, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi by the end of 06/03/2019.
