The Board resolution dated March 25, 2019, the Board of Directors of Song Ba Joint Stock Company approved the content of Annual General Meeting 2019 as follows:

1. The business result in 2018 and plan for 2019.
2. Audited financial statements in 2018.
3. Report on the Board of Directors in 2018.
4. Report on the Supervisory Board in 2018.
5. Report on the selection of auditing firm to audit financial statements in 2019.
6. Report on the profit distribution in 2018.
7. Report on the remuneration for the BOD, Supervisory Board in 2019.
8. Report on the result of bonus shares to employees and request for SBA shares buyback to supplement the source of treasury stock.
