MDG: Board approves the policy with related companies

On March 02, 2019, the Board of Directors of Mien Dong Joint – Stock Company approved the policy on signing and executing the agreements and transactions between Mien Dong Joint – Stock Company and associated companies and other affiliates. The value of each agreement and transaction will be lower than 35% of total assets of the Company according to the latest financial statements.
