LPB: Notice on changing date of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2019

On 15 March 2019, Lien Viet Post Joint Stock Commercial Bank noticed on changing date of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2019as follows:
Article 1: Approve change of the meeting date as follows:
- Old meeting date: 28 Mar 2019
- New meeting date: 24 Apr 2019
- Other contents are remained the same as Resolution No. 30/2019/ND-HDQT dated 18 Jan 2019 issued by Board of Directors.
Article 2: Assign Mr. Nguyen Duc Cu – Deputy Chairman and Head of Organizing Board for Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2019 to be responsible for directing relevant units, individuals to adjust organizing plan and prepare documents for the meeting.
Article 3: The resolution took effect from the date of signature.
