On March 22, 2019, the Board of Directors of Kinh Bac City Development Holding Corporation (KBC) approved the loan of Saigon- Bac Giang Industrial Park Corporation, a subsidiary of KBC and 80.8% owned by KBC. In particular, the maximum loan value is VND200 billion and the loan term is 2 years.
