ITC: Record date for dividend payment & annual general meeting On March 13, 2019, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.377/TB-SGDHCM about the record date of Investment and Trading of Real Estate Joint stock Company (stock code: ITC) as follows:
- Ex-right date: March 29, 2019
- Record date: April 01, 2019
- Purpose: to organize the 2019 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and pay dividend for 2017.

1. The 2019 Annual General Meeting:
- Exercise ratio: 01 share – 01 voting right
- Meeting date: 8:30, April 25, 2019
