Investment and Trading of Real Estate Joint stock Company announces Board Resolution No.04/QD-HDQT dated March 11, 2019. Accordingly, the Board of Directors approved the cash dividend payment for 2017 as follows:

-       Record date: April 01, 2019

-       Payment ratio: 10%/share (VND1,000 for a share)

-       Payment date: April 16, 2019

-       Place of payment:

• Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
• Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Investment and Trading of Real Estate Joint stock Company as from April 16, 2019.
