HSG: Board resolution on supplementing the content to collect shareholders' opinion

The Board resolution dated March 18, 2019, Hoa Sen Group supplements the content to collect shareholders’ opinion in writing to approve the resolution of General Meeting of Shareholders as follows:

-       Content: the stock issuance and convertible bonds to existing shareholders, strategic shareholders and other investors

-       Issue subject: stock, and bonds /convertible bonds

-       Expected issue value:

+ Stock: 500 – 1,000 billion dongs;

+ convertible bonds: 500 – 1,000 billion dongs.

-       Issue purpose: to supplement for business activities.
