HNX: Notice on listing application of Son La Water Supply Joint Stock Company

On August 29, 2018, HNX received listing application of Son La Water Supply JSC, advised by Agribank Securities JSC. On September 12, 2018, HNX has the official letter No. 13/SGDHN-TDNY requesting the company to supply documents and clarify some contents in the application. According to the Listing Regulation on HNX and Decision No. 639/SGDHN dated October 13, 2016, the company must complete the application within 6 months since receiving request from HNX. Up to now, it has been overdue for 6 months, the company has to re-file the application if they still want to be listed on HNX.
