On February 22, 2019, the Board of Directors of An Tien Industries Joint Stock Company approved the plan for holding the 2019 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders as follows:

-       Meeting date: in April 2019

-       Meeting venue: in Hai Duong. The particular will be announced later.

-       Content:

• Report on business performance in 2018 and business plan for 2019;
• Report of the Board of Directors; Report of the Board of Supervisors; Report of the Directorate;
• The audited financial statements in 2018;
• Remuneration of the Board of Directors and the Board of Supervisors in 2019;
• Approving the plan for profit distribution in 2018 and 2019;
• Other issues.
