HAS: BOD resolution dated March 26, 2019

HACISCO Joint Stock Company announces the Board resolution dated March 26, 2019 as follows:

1. Approving the business result in 2018:

-       Revenue: 243.881 billion dongs;

-       Profit after tax: 5.555 billion dongs.

2. Approving the business plan in 2019:

-       Revenue: from VND190 billion to VND200 billion

-       Profit after tax: from VND3.5 billion to VND4 billion

3. Approving the plan for 2018 dividen payment to 6%.
4. Approving the plan for the holding of Annual General Meeting 2019.
5. Approving the resignation letter of Mr. Pham Minh Tuan as member of BOD.
6. Approving the resignation letter of Mr. Nguyen Duy Thang as member of BOD.
7. Approving the resignation letter of Mr. Nguyen Gia Tuyen as member of Supervisory Board.
