GAS: Board Resolution _ March 19, 2019

On March 19, 2019, the Board of Directors of PetroVietnam Gas Joint Stock Corporation (PV GAS) approved main contents of Supplemental Addendum of Gas Trading Agreement between PV GAS and Vietnam Electricity Corporation (EVN); Supplemental Addendum of Gas Trading Agreement between PV GAS and Mekong Energy Co., Ltd. (PM2.2 BOT); and Supplemental Addendum of Gas Trading Agreement between PV GAS and Phu My 3 BOT Power Co. Ltd. (PM3 BOT).
