On March 11, 2019, the Board of Directors of FLC Group Joint Stock Company (FLC) approved the aircraft hiring guarantee for Tre Viet Aiways Co., Ltd (Bamboo Airways) and the signing of aircraft hiring agreements with ACG Aircraft Leasing Ireland Limited. Details are as follows:
