EMC: EMC allowed to extend the time for holding AGM 2019

On March 15, 2019, the Department of Planning and Investment of HCM city issued a document allowing Thu Duc Electro Mechanical Joint Stock Company to extend submission date of the time for holding AGM 2018 not over 06 months from the last day of fiscal year.
