ELC: Board resolution on holding Annual General Meeting 2019

On February 27, 2019, the Board of Directors of Electronics Communications Technology Investment Development Corporation (stock code: ELC) approved the plan for holding Annual General Meeting 2019 as follows:

-      Record date: March 20, 2019           

-      Meeting date: The meeting date will be announced later.

-      Meeting venue: 3rd Floor, Elcom Building, No.10 Duy Tan, Dich Vong Hau, Cau Giay, Ha Noi.

The Board of Directors also approved the agreements with partners which are affiliated persons or insiders:

-      Elcom Software Solutions Company Ltd.

-      Elcom Plus Joint Stock Company

-      Elcom Prime Joint Stock Company

-      Subsidiaries, those who are members of the Board of Directors, Board of Supervisors, Management, Chief Accountant and affiliated persons.
