ASM: The record date for the 2019 AGM and dividend payment On March 07, 2019, HOSE announces the record date for the 2019 annual shareholders’ meeting (AGM) and the dividend payment of Sao Mai Group Corporation:
1. Ex-right date: March 19, 2019
2. Record date: March 20, 2019
The payment for the first phase of 2018(2%) and the 2017 (5%) stock dividend
- Exercise ratio: 7%/par value (100:7)
The one who owns 100 shares at the record date will receive 07 new shares.
- Estimated issue volume: 16,935,369 shares.
- Plan to deal with fractional shares:
The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be canceled.
Place of payment:
- Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
- Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: shareholders will receive dividend at Sao Mai Group Corporation.
Please submit ID card and Shareholder certificates or the legal authorized letters on receipt of dividend.
