VPG: Board resolution on business plan & annual general meeting

On February 18, 2019, the Board of Directors of Viet Phat Import Export Trading Investment Joint Stock Company approved the business plan for 2019 with the revenue of VND2,650 billion and profit after tax of VND79.5 billion. The Board also approved to hold the 2019 Annual General Meeting on April 16, 2019.
