VIP: Resolution on dividend payment and annual general meeting

According to the Board resolution dated February 20, 2019, the Board of Directors of Viet Nam Petroleum Transport Joint Stock Company approved to organize the 2019 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and execute the interim dividend payment for 2018 as follows:

1. The 2019 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders:  

-       Meeting time: 7:30 am, April 20, 2019

-       The meeting venue will be announced later.

2. Interim dividend ratio: 08%/share (VND800 for a share)

-       Payment method: in cash.

-       Payment date: May 10, 2019

3. The record date for dividend payment and Annual General Meeting: March 15, 2019.
