On January 31, 2019, Viet Dragon Securities Corporation received the decision of tax inspection by the Taxation Department of Ho Chi Minh City regarding the tax penalty as follows:

-       Penalty for false declaration: VND9,762,225

-       Corporate income tax arrears: VND48,811,125

-       Late payment: VND5,913,767.
