TCM: Record date for Annual General Meeting & Dividend Payment

On February 01, 2019, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.116/TB-SGDHCM about the record date of Thanh Cong Textile Garment Investment Trading Joint Stock Company (stock code: TCM) as follows:

-      Ex-right date: February 26, 2019

-      Record date: February 27, 2019                  

-      Purpose: to organize the 2019 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and pay the first cash dividend installment for 2018.

a. The 2019 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders:

-      Exercise ratio: 01 share – 01 voting right

-      Estimated meeting date:  April 12, 2019      

-      Meeting venue: the meeting venue will be announced in the invitation letters.

b. To pay the first cash dividend installment for 2018:

• Exercise ratio: 5%/par value (VND500 for a share)
• Payment date: March 19, 2019.
