TCD: BOD resolution on capital contribution for establishment of Tapiotek

The Board resolution dated January 29, 2019, the Board of Directors of Transport and Industry Development Investment Joint Stock Company (TCD) approved to contribute its capital for establishment of Tapiotek JSC as follows:

-       Company name: Tapiotek Joint Stock Company

-       Charter capital: VND20,000,000,000 (TCD contributed VND14,000,000,000, equivalent to 705 charter capital of Tapiotek).

-       To appoint Ms. Le Thi Mai Loan as the company’s capital representative in Tapiotek Joint Stock Company.
