SZC: BOD resolution on signing service agreements with SDV

The Board resolution dated January 29, 2019, Sonadezi Chau Duc Shareholding Company approved the following issues:

1. Based on Decision No.46, the Board of Directors approved to sign a contract to implement the report on result of environmental monitoring of Chau Duc industrial park in 2019 between Sonadezi Chau Duc Shareholding Company and Sonadezi Service Joint Stock Company (SDV).
2. Based on Decision No.47, the Board of Directors approved to sign a contract to lease the operation of Chau Duc industrial park wastewater treatment plant in the first quarter of 2019 between Sonadezi Chau Duc Shareholding Company and Sonadezi Service Joint Stock Company (SDV).
