SBV: Board approves an agreement with VFD JSC

The Board resolution dated January 30, 2019, the Board of Directors of Siam Brothers Vietnam Joint Stock Company approved to assign contribution of capital contract with VFD Joint Stock Company. Accordingly, Siam Brothers Vietnam Joint Stock Company contributed land use right to build a factory for rent. Details are as follows:

-       Use Period: Until September 06, 2054
