REE: Board approves to hold AGM & pay dividend for 2018

Refrigeration Electrical Engineering Corporation announced Board Resolution No.03/2019 dated February 11, 2019 regarding the annual general meeting (AGM) and the dividend payment as follows:

1. The record date for the annual general meeting (AGM) and the interim dividend payment for 2018: February 27, 2019
2. Organizing the annual general meeting for fiscal year 2018:

-       Time: 8:00, March 29, 2019

-       Place: Etown Building, 364 Cong Hoa, ward 13, Tan Binh district, Hochiminh city.

3. Paying the interim dividend for 2018:

-       Pay-out ratio: 18%/par value (VND1,800/share)

-       Payment method: in cash

-       Financial resource: the undistributed profit.

-       Payment date: April 05, 2019.
