      On February 12, 2019, the Board of Directors of Phu Tai Joint Stock Corporation approved the plan to buy treasury shares as follows:

-   Number of shares registered to buy: 1,500,000 shares

-   Expected purchase period: March 2019 or April 2019 approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).
