ORS: Explanation for the stock delisting situation
On 14/02/2019, Hanoi Stock Exchange received the audited financial statements 2018 of Orient Securities Corporation (Stock code: ORS). After the consideration, Hanoi Stock Exchange realized that the operation result of Orient Securities Corporation was negative in three years (2016, 2017, 2018). Thus, the stock of ORS belongs to the delisting case regulated at point d clause 1 Article 60 Decree No. 58/2016/ND-CP dated 20/07/2012 of the Government regulated the details of implementing some articles of Stock Act and modified law, supplementing some articles of Stock Act. Hanoi Stock Exchange requires Orient Securities Corporation to explain the reason in accordance with Clause 2 Article 17 of The Stock Listing Regulation attached with Decision No. 639/QD-SGDHN dated 13/10/2016 of General Manager of Hanoi Stock Exchange and Decision No. 958/QD-SGDHN dated 24/11/2017 on the amendment, supplement of Listing Regulation. The explanation document and the information disclosure sent to Listing Department – Hanoi Stock Exchange, No. 02 Phan Chu Trinh, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi by the end of 26/02/2019.
